Easy to engineer & install
AIO’s single-package design means no outdoor unit to find a place for and no line sets to calculate, install, and hide. AIO simplifies planning and installation by replacing three systems with one. A wide range of capabilities in a single model means less time spent planning, ordering, and coordinating. Minimal clearance requirements enable AIO to be placed in tight spaces and work with any style grille and louver. AIO’s compact size can fit through any doorway and can be easily carried by two people, making installation a breeze. No ducting or minimal ducting requirements mean fewer lowered ceilings. Minimal drywall work is required. Sleek units with all-metal cabinets can even be painted to blend into any decor. No brazing, vacuuming, or pressure testing is required because everything is in a sealed system.

Efficient
Every component of AIO is designed with efficiency in mind. It starts with a twin rotary BLDC inverter compressor and continues with an option for R32 refrigerant, ECM fans, an integrated ERV, a condensate mister that cools the coils, intelligent defrosting, and recovery plus—which utilizes the remaining hot or cool air to warm or cool the condenser. Tightly sealed to the external vents, AIO has almost zero leakage. AIO is also equipped with tools to reduce waste, such as a low voltage connection for occupancy sensors and fully programmable timers to maintain the temperature and keep units on only when needed.

Easy to manage
The versatile design of AIO makes the system extremely reliable and inexpensive to maintain. In the unlikely event that a repair is needed, a single unit can be taken off-line without affecting the entire system. No line sets mean no down time checking for leaks. In many buildings, it’s possible to set up the system so that it can be maintained from a common area, which means no maintenance personnel need to enter the unit. AIO even monitors itself through algorithms that protect the unit and an alarm and shutoff if the drain becomes clogged. AIO can be operated via building systems with Modbus and BACnet with an optional third-party gateway. Plus, AIO can be controlled from anywhere via Android and iOS apps, including comprehensive seven-day scheduling and the ability to manage multiple units. AIO comes with a 10-year limited warranty.

Awesome user experience
AIO provides a quiet and comfortable environment. AIO has the ability to operate quietly and maintain a consistent temperature in a wide range of conditions. In fact, it’s so quiet—as low as 37 decibels—that the occupants usually aren’t even aware that the unit is on. The small external openings and excellent insulation mean very little outside noise penetrates the home. If the weather outside changes abruptly, the twin rotary inverter compressor allows the system to quickly adapt and maintain a steady temperature. The MERV 13 filter ensures a constant supply of clean, fresh air. If the air outside is temporarily smoky or polluted, AIO allows the user to control the amount of outdoor air coming in. AIO also plays well with others and can connect to standard and smart thermostats such as Nest, Ecobee, and Honeywell.
